Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar are set to host the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2024, in Abu Dhabi next month.
For the first time, IIFA Awards 2024 will merge the best of Hindi and South film industries including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, to celebrate the diversity of Indian cinema. The three-day event will be held from September 27 to 29, culminating with IIFA Rocks, an exclusive, invitation-only affair.
Khan expressed excitement about hosting the awards, emphasizing IIFA's global resonance and his long-standing association with the event. Johar, echoing this enthusiasm, highlighted his family's deep connection with IIFA.
