Republican leader Vivek Ramaswamy criticized Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday, labeling her as a 'cog in the wheel and a puppet.' He asserted that Harris avoids policy discussions as they make her less popular among voters.

Ramaswamy, 39, was flown into Chicago for the Democratic National Convention by the Trump Campaign on the day Harris, 59, was set to accept the party's presidential nomination. 'We win on policy,' Ramaswamy told PTI, criticizing her economic policies and record at the Southern border.

In addition to his political efforts, Ramaswamy is an executive producer of the film 'City of Dreams' and has a forthcoming book. He stressed the importance of merit-based policies and criticized Harris's open border policy as offensive to legal immigrants.
