A fire broke out at a recreation center filled with plastic, fibre, and foam figurines, police said on Tuesday.

Despite the sizable smoke and flames, no injuries occurred, and the fire was controlled within 30 minutes. Authorities reported that the incident took place around 11.30 pm.

'The mishap occurred at Dino Park on RK Beach, where the fibre and foam figurines were set ablaze,' Deputy Commissioner of Police Ajitha Vejendla told PTI, adding that an investigation is underway.

The combustible nature of the materials led to significant smoke and flames. Two fire tenders responded promptly and extinguished the fire, Vejendla added. A case has been registered by the police.
