M3M India Reports 37% Surge in Q1 Sales Amid Strong Realty Demand
Realty firm M3M India posted a 37% increase in sales for the June quarter, with a total of Rs 3,911 crore due to high demand for residential and commercial properties. The company credits strong growth to its focus on delivering high-quality real estate solutions and plans to sustain the momentum with upcoming ultra-luxury projects.

Realty firm M3M India reported a significant 37 percent increase in sales of residential and commercial properties in the June quarter, reaching a total of Rs 3,911 crore, driven by strong demand.
In comparison, the company's sales bookings in the same period last year were Rs 2,854 crore.
According to the firm, Rs 2,972 crore of their total sales bookings this quarter were from the housing segment, while commercial properties accounted for Rs 940 crore. This growth was particularly prominent in Gurugram, with sales bookings of Rs 2,415 crore, and Noida contributing Rs 402 crore. Residential plots in Panipat, Haryana, also saw significant sales amounting to Rs 1,094 crore.
Sudeep Bhatt, President of M3M India, emphasized the robust growth in their Q1 results for 2024-25 as a testament to their commitment to high-quality real estate solutions.
The company has a diverse portfolio with 56 projects, including retail, residential, offices, and service apartments, with ongoing construction on projects launched post-2019. M3M India also boasts a substantial land bank of 3,000 acres across Gurugram, Noida, and Panipat.
