NBCC Completes Sale of Rs 14,800 Crore Commercial Properties in Delhi
NBCC (India) Ltd has sold commercial properties worth Rs 14,800 crore in Delhi, including 100% office space at World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar, and all commercial space at Downtown Sarojini Nagar. The funds from these sales will be used for redeveloping seven government colonies.

State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd announced on Thursday the successful sale of commercial properties valued at approximately Rs 14,800 crore in Delhi, executed on behalf of the government.
According to a regulatory filing, NBCC has sold its entire office space inventory at the World Trade Center (WTC) project in Nauroji Nagar. Additionally, it has disposed of 100% of retail and commercial space at Downtown Sarojini Nagar.
In the WTC project at Nauroji Nagar, NBCC sold a total unsold inventory of 1.81 lakh sq ft for Rs 908.48 crore during the 27th e-auction. Of the area sold, 1.21 lakh sq ft was purchased by PSU/government entities for Rs 596.25 crore, while 0.60 lakh sq ft was acquired by private entities for Rs 312.23 crore.
