Arkade Developers Ltd has announced its plan to redevelop three residential projects in Mumbai, with an aim to generate a significant revenue of Rs 2,150 crore. The company made the announcement in a statement released on Monday, detailing its expansion into key micro-markets within the western suburbs.
These redevelopment projects collectively cover an area of 20,232 square meters, approximately equal to five acres, located in the bustling areas of Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West. The company anticipates a saleable carpet area of about 5.85 lakh square feet, reinforcing its strong presence in the dynamic Mumbai real estate sector.
Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers emphasized the importance of redevelopment in the city's growth narrative, citing a robust pipeline of upcoming projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
