M3M India and OYO Partner to Launch 'SUNDAY' Hotels in Gurugram

M3M India and OYO's parent company, Oravel Stays, have signed a deal to launch a premium 'SUNDAY' brand hotel in Gurugram. The hotel, featuring 220 keys across 1.69 lakh sq ft, marks the beginning of a larger luxury hospitality project in multiple locations. This initiative aims to redefine luxury and convenience in commercial spaces.

Realty firm M3M India and Oravel Stays, the parent company of OYO Hotels & Homes, have entered into an initial agreement to launch a premium hotel under the 'SUNDAY' brand in Gurugram.

M3M India announced in a statement that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the 'SUNDAY' Hotel in India. The new project will feature 220 keys and cover 1.69 lakh sq ft of premium hospitality space.

Located on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram, this venture is part of a broader partnership aiming to develop 15 lakh square feet of luxurious hospitality space with 1,000 keys across various destinations in Gurugram and Noida.

'This collaboration is a testament to our shared vision of creating unparalleled commercial spaces that redefine luxury and convenience,' said Sudeep Bhatt, President of M3M India.

Aditya Sharma, Business Head at Oravel Stays Pvt Ltd, remarked, 'The SUNDAY Hotel partnership with M3M India allows us to expand our footprint in the luxury segment in metro cities, starting with Gurugram, a prominent destination for social events, domestic tourists, and long-stay international guests.'

The SUNDAY brand, a premium hotel line, was initially launched in May 2023 through a joint venture between Softbank Group and Oravel Stays. It has already debuted hotels in Jaipur, Vadodara, and Chandigarh, as well as in London and Dubai.
