Kovai.co Expands AI Software Capabilities with Floik Acquisition

Kovai.co, a company specializing in enterprise software, has acquired Bengaluru-based Floik. The deal aims to enhance Kovai.co's AI-powered knowledge management software, Document360, integrating Floik’s demos and guides. The acquisition anticipates a 35% revenue increase, and six Floik team members will join Kovai.co.

Enterprise software firm Kovai.co has announced its acquisition of Floik, a Bengaluru-based company, for an undisclosed sum. The move is designed to bolster the features of Kovai.co's AI-driven software, Document360.

The integration of Floik's interactive demos and guides into Document360 aims to expand its knowledge base and benefit more than 2,500 customers worldwide, according to a company statement.

Saravana Kumar, CEO of Kovai.co, noted that this collaboration aligns with their vision of providing a comprehensive knowledge management solution. The Floik partnership is expected to drive a 35% annual revenue growth in this sector.
