Bharti Airtel on Thursday announced the launch of 5G services in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Customers in these three cities can now enjoy ultrafast Airtel 5G Plus network and speeds upto 20-30 times faster than the current 4G speeds, at no extra cost.

In addition, the leading Indian telco has created 5G experience zones across its 1000+ retail stores in the country to show the power of 5G to consumers. At these demo zones, specially trained Airtel executives will show the powerful use cases of 5G and will also answer all your 5G-related questions along with its own offerings.

The Demo zones in our stores will provide first-hand experience of Airtel 5G Plus and the potential it holds to transform the lives of our customers. Airtel continues to roll out its services in a phased manner across the country. Customers with 5 G-enabled devices can enjoy high-speed Airtel 5G Plus services at no extra cost until the rollout is more widespread.

Airtel 5G Plus promises to offer the best voice experience and massive speeds, allowing for superfast access to HD video streaming, gaming, multiple chatting, instant uploading of photos and more. The services will work on all 5G smartphones and be kinder to the environment.

As of this writing, Airtel's 5G services are available across 20 states.
