Red Bull's team principal Christian Horner has addressed the contentious radio communication involving Max Verstappen's race engineer, Gianpiero Lambiase, during the Hungarian Grand Prix. The exchange, which occurred as Verstappen grew increasingly frustrated, saw Lambiase noting the 'childish' conduct on the radio.

Horner clarified that Lambiase's comments were aimed at rival teams attempting to influence the stewards rather than at Verstappen himself. This incident arose after Verstappen's collision with Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton, resulting in his car being temporarily off the track in a fierce battle for third place.

As the race concluded with Verstappen in fifth place and stewards taking no further action, Horner emphasized the team's plan to internally review their approach. He also highlighted Sergio Perez's commendable performance, which saw him rise from 16th to 7th on the grid, amid ongoing questions about his future with the team.
