Registration of residential properties in Noida and Greater Noida surged by 29 percent annually in the June quarter, reaching 8,212 units, according to housing brokerage firm Square Yards.

This noteworthy rise is compared to 6,354 units registered in the same period last year, highlighting a significant uptick in residential real estate activity.

The combined sales value of these transactions soared to Rs 6,013 crore, marking a 59 percent year-on-year increase, outpacing the growth in transaction volume, as per the consultant's statement.

In Noida, 3,200 units were registered during April to June 2024, compared to 2,408 units in the previous year. Greater Noida saw a 27 percent growth with 5,012 units registered, up from 3,946 units last year.

Leading the market, realty firm Nirala World recorded the highest number of transactions and sales value, with 620 units at its Nirala Estate project in Tech Zone-4, Greater Noida, amounting to Rs 565 crore in sales value.
