Arka Investment Targets Rs 500 Crore for Residential Real Estate Fund

Arka Investment Advisory Services Pvt Ltd aims to raise Rs 500 crore for its new residential real estate fund named Arka Hreem Real Estate Opportunities Fund. Partnered with Rohan Builders, the fund targets Tier 1 cities and Grade A developers, following the success of Arka's first private credit fund.

Arka Investment Advisory Services Pvt Ltd (AIASPL) announced its plan to raise Rs 500 crore from investors for a new residential real estate fund called Arka Hreem Real Estate Opportunities Fund.

On Wednesday, the company revealed the launch of this second alternative investment fund in collaboration with Rohan Builders.

The fund aims to target residential real estate opportunities in Tier 1 cities, prioritizing investments with Grade A developer partners and follows the successful closure of Arka's maiden private credit fund.
