Diplomatic Talks: Trump and Putin Discuss Ukraine Conflict

In a significant diplomatic move, U.S. President-elect Donald Trump conducted telephone talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin last Thursday, aiming to address the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The Washington Post reported on Sunday that during the conversation, Trump strongly advised Putin against any escalation of the crisis.

Earlier, Trump had similarly engaged with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, voicing support for Kyiv's stance, indicating a balanced diplomatic approach by the President-elect.
