The Karnataka High Court has dismissed Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's petition challenging the Governor's approval to investigate alleged illegalities in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) scam.
State ministers affirmed they would not shy away from a probe. "If there is any wrongdoing, it will come out in the preliminary investigation," said Minister Krishna Byre Gowda.
Siddaramaiah, alleging a conspiracy by BJP and JD(S), said he is not deterred and plans to consult legal experts on future actions.
