NCP leader Sunil Tatkare expressed his belief on Friday that Maharashtra would see political stability after the upcoming assembly polls, regardless of whether it is the Mahayuti or the Maha Vikas Aghadi that triumphs.
Reflecting on the turmoil following the 2019 assembly polls, when long-time allies BJP and Shiv Sena parted ways, Tatkare noted that first-time voters from that period might now question their voting decisions. Despite this, he emphasized that such shifts are intrinsic to the political landscape.
Addressing the 'Maharashtra Vision 2050' event organized by the Pune Union of Working Journalists, he highlighted the importance of stability. Tatkare remains optimistic that the frequent switching of political allegiances dominating recent headlines would cease post-elections, ensuring a stable political environment in Maharashtra.
