Aaditya Thackeray, a leading figure in Shiv Sena (UBT), dismissed any speculations of internal strife among Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) allies over the chief ministerial position in Maharashtra, ahead of the imminent assembly elections.

Speaking to reporters at Chikalthana airport, Thackeray clarified that the MVA's primary objective is to displace the current coalition government of Shiv Sena, BJP, and NCP. He expressed that their confrontation is solely with the Maharashtra government, emphasizing it as their main target.

Regarding Sharad Pawar's stance on determining the MVA's chief ministerial candidate post-elections, Thackeray assured that internal discussions will take place without any internal disputes. He also criticized the government's transactions involving Mumbai's saltpans and reflected on recent BJP statements about alliance impacts.
