BJP legislators demanded an explanation from the AAP government regarding Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's ability to govern from jail, posing several questions during a joint press conference.

Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta urged AAP to submit a list of decisions taken by Kejriwal over the past five months. He highlighted unanswered questions about the National Civil Services Authority meetings, Cabinet decisions, and financial recommendations for the MCD.

In response, Senior AAP leader Atishi accused the BJP of conspiring to topple the Kejriwal government and force President's rule in Delhi. The dispute follows a memorandum submitted to the President and forwarded to the Ministry of Home Affairs for review.
