NC vice president Omar Abdullah has accused the PDP of copying his party's manifesto, urging the Mehbooba Mufti-led party to refrain from fielding candidates against the NC-Congress alliance for the betterment of Jammu and Kashmir.

Abdullah's accusations came after Mehbooba announced that the PDP would fully support the Congress-NC coalition if it adopted PDP's agenda. Speaking to NC workers in Ganderbal, Abdullah highlighted the similarities between the two parties' manifestos, underscoring the alignment of their agendas.

Before his speech, NC leaders encouraged Abdullah to reconsider his decision not to contest the assembly elections. Notably, Abdullah expressed uncertainty about his future political role, while urging party workers to stay vigilant during the elections to safeguard the party's interests.
