Amit Gorkhe Vows to Uplift Hindu Matang Community after Taking Oath as MLC

Amit Gorkhe, after being sworn in as a Member of the Legislative Council, pledged to work for the upliftment of the Hindu Matang community and the scheduled castes. He also expressed faith in Devendra Fadnavis' ability to provide justice to OBCs and Marathas, while praising BJP's initiatives.

After taking his oath as a Member of the Legislative Council, Amit Gorkhe on Sunday expressed his commitment to uplift the Hindu Matang community and scheduled castes.

Speaking after his induction, Gorkhe highlighted, "BJP has provided us with this opportunity, and I will work diligently to advance our community. Our journey has just begun."

Gorkhe also lauded Devendra Fadnavis, emphasizing that only Fadnavis can deliver justice to OBCs and Marathas, amidst what he termed as false narratives by the opposition. He credited the BJP for significant work benefitting his community. In the recent MLC elections on July 13, the Mahayuti Alliance, which includes BJP, secured nine out of 11 seats.
