Former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD leader Rabdi Devi has criticized the government's allocation of Rs 26,000 crore for the development of Bihar, labelling it as a 'jhunjhuna' or trivial measure.
In an interview with ANI, Rabdi Devi highlighted the state's numerous ongoing issues, including flood displacement, murders, thefts, unemployment, and farmer distress due to high costs of essentials like fertilizers and fuel.
This criticism comes after Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced major financial boosts for both Bihar and Andhra Pradesh in her Union Budget speech, including projects in road connectivity, power, and flood control.
