The Bharatiya Liberal Party (BLP) on Tuesday declared its intention to run in the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, introducing an 11-point program targeting governance improvements.

At a press conference, BLP revealed plans to support marginalised communities, as highlighted by BLP president Munish Kumar Raizada. Their commitments encompass forming an anti-corruption commission, offering free electricity and water, and providing free DTC passes and a Rs 1,500 monthly honorarium for women.

Raizada, formerly an AAP member, also outlined allowances for Dalit families, renovations for the Yamuna Ghat, increased pensions, and enhancements in health and education. Promises include a Dalit chief minister and a Muslim deputy chief minister.
