Tragedy at Mayur Vihar-1 Metro: A Young Life Lost

A young man, G Abhishek Rao, tragically died after jumping off an elevated platform at Delhi's Mayur Vihar-1 Metro Station. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries. Authorities are investigating the incident, with no suicide note found and family being questioned for motives.

A 23-year-old man met a tragic end after leaping from the Mayur Vihar-1 Metro Station platform on Monday, police reported.

The incident, occurring around 11 am, prompted an immediate response from emergency teams, who transported the victim, identified as local resident G Abhishek Rao, to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital.

Despite urgent medical care, Rao succumbed to his injuries. No suicide note was retrieved, prompting police to inquire with his family about possible motives, while the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation confirmed the occurrence.
