Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has disclosed that the West has reached a decision on whether to permit Ukraine to strike Russia using long-range missiles. This revelation was reported by the TASS news agency on Saturday.

While Ryabkov refrained from specifying the nature of the decision, he emphasized that Moscow's previous verbal warnings to the West about avoiding further escalation have proven inadequate.

Consequently, Ryabkov indicated that Russia would resort to new methods of signaling its stance to both the West and Kyiv.
