Two Men Sentenced in Rape Case of 16-Year-Old Girl
A special POCSO court has sentenced Sagar alias Shankarlal and Chhotelal alias Bhajanlal to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for the 2019 rape of a 16-year-old girl. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 12,500 on each, with Rs 15,000 going to the victim as compensation.

A special POCSO court has handed down a 20-year rigorous imprisonment sentence to two men involved in the 2019 rape of a 16-year-old girl.
Special Judge POCSO Act Court Umashankar Kahar pronounced Sagar alias Shankarlal (34) and Chhotelal alias Bhajanlal (37) guilty of the crime.
The sentence comes with a Rs 12,500 fine each, with Rs 15,000 of the total fine directed as compensation to the victim, according to Special Public Prosecutor Rajiv Tiwari.
