A man faced injuries after an altercation with four individuals over feeding pigeons in Thane, Maharashtra, police reported on Thursday.
The incident occurred at a ground in Shivaji Nagar, Manpada area on Wednesday afternoon. The victim was confronted and questioned by the accused while he was scattering pigeon feed.
The situation quickly escalated into a physical fight, during which the assailants used a wooden stick to strike the man's head, leaving him injured. A police complaint was filed, leading to a case under sections 118(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act.
