Man Arrested for Allegedly Raping Mother in Bundi

A 28-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping his 52-year-old mother in Bundi district while intoxicated. The victim reported the crime to the police with the help of her younger son and daughter. The accused has confessed and was sent to jail following initial questioning.

A 28-year-old man has been taken into custody for allegedly raping his 52-year-old mother while intoxicated in Bundi district, police confirmed on Wednesday.

The incident reportedly took place on Friday night as they were returning home from a village. Following the incident, the woman, accompanied by her younger son and daughter, filed a complaint at Dabi Police Station.

During initial questioning, the accused confessed to the crime. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tarunkant Somani, stated that the individual has been remanded to judicial custody pending further investigation.
