Naxal Leader Surrenders: A Step Towards Peace in Jharkhand
Rahul Ganjhu, alias Khalil ji, a key figure in the banned Tritiya Sammelan Prastuti Committee (TSPC), surrendered to security forces in Jharkhand. Ganjhu, who had joined the group in 2016, was sought in 21 cases. His surrender was facilitated by coordinated efforts from the Ranchi police and CRPF.

Rahul Ganjhu, a prominent member of the outlawed Tritiya Sammelan Prastuti Committee (TSPC), surrendered to authorities on Monday, as confirmed by Jharkhand police. Ganjhu, also known as Khalil ji, has been part of the TSPC since 2016.
The Naxal leader was implicated in 21 cases involving extortion, threats, and violent encounters across various police jurisdictions in Ranchi and its vicinity, according to a police report.
Ganjhu's surrender came after strategic efforts and negotiations led by the Ranchi senior superintendent of police (SSP) and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
