Uttarakhand's government presented a supplementary budget of Rs 5,013.05 crore for the fiscal year on Thursday in the Uttarakhand Assembly. The budget focuses on public welfare projects and includes a revenue expenditure of Rs 3,756.89 crore and a capital expenditure of Rs 1,256.16 crore.

Significant amounts have been earmarked for large constructions, ring-fencing as per NGT guidelines, development of Tehri Lake, and local body empowerment.
