Milind More, 45, son of former Thane Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Raghunath More, succumbed to a heart attack following a dispute with an autorickshaw driver in Vasai, Palghar district, authorities reported on Monday.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Jayant Bajbale stated that the incident occurred on Sunday evening while More and his family were at a resort in Navapur. Upon leaving, More engaged in a confrontation with the driver, during which he collapsed. Efforts to revive him at a nearby hospital were unsuccessful, with doctors citing a heart attack as the immediate cause of death.

Acting on a complaint from More's relatives, the police have initiated a case under section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for culpable homicide not amounting to murder against an unidentified individual.
