A man dressed as Spiderman, sitting on the bonnet of a Scorpio car, was fined Rs 26,000 for dangerous driving and other violations in Delhi, officials reported on Wednesday.
The police took action after receiving a complaint on the social media platform X. They traced the vehicle and located the occupants near Ramphal Chowk in Dwarka. The Spiderman impersonator was identified as Aditya (20) from Najafgarh, while the driver was Gaurav Singh (19) from Mahavir Enclave.
Both have been prosecuted for multiple offenses, including dangerous driving, not having a pollution certificate, and not wearing a seatbelt. The Delhi Traffic Police emphasized their commitment to road safety and urged citizens to report traffic violations to ensure a safer city.
