In a tense hearing at Adiala Jail, former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan allegedly threatened the investigating officer of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), according to ARY News. The hearing focused on the Toshakhana case, where Khan confronted NAB's Mohsin Haroon, blaming him for his wife Bushra Bibi's imprisonment.

"When I go out, I will not leave you and the NAB chairman," Khan allegedly said, expressing frustration over the actions taken against him and his wife. He also urged his party members to support Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, demonstrating his backing during the proceedings.

On August 27, Khan and Bushra Bibi filed post-arrest bail applications in the Toshakhana case, involving a jewelry set gifted by the Saudi crown prince. The couple, through Barrister Salman Safdar, sought bail under Section 9(b) of the NA Ordinance 1999 and Section 497 of the CrPC. The development follows their July 13 arrest and judicial remand in Adiala Jail, post their acquittal in an unrelated iddat case.
