Speaking at the 'Interactive TB Vaccines Dialogue' event, hosted by STOP TB Partnerships alongside the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Patel spotlighted India's leadership role in the Stop TB Partnership Board and its commitment to eradicating TB by 2030.
Patel pointed to the success of India's enhanced National TB Elimination Programme, which has disbursed $373 million to over 10 million TB patients through the Nikshay Poshan Yojana since 2018.
