Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court will issue an order on summoning Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejaswi Yadav, and others involved in the land-for-job money laundering case at 2 PM on Saturday. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) presented evidence, including a post-mortem report confirming co-accused Lallan Chaudhary's death.

The ED stated it would file the death certificate once issued by the panchayat. Three co-accused have passed away. Earlier, the court instructed the ED to submit Lallan Chaudhary's death certificate by the next hearing date. The court observed that the supplementary complaint includes other deceased co-accused, for whom death certificates have been filed.

On August 17, the court reserved its order on summoning former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and Bihar's former Deputy CM Tejaswi Yadav. A supplementary charge sheet including names of the accused and additional evidence was filed on August 6 by the ED. The investigation has revealed extensive land transactions suspects linked to the Yadav family.
