Paytm Money Appoints Financial Veteran Srinivasan as Non-Executive Independent Director
One97 Communications, the parent company of Paytm, has appointed Narasinganallore Venkatesh Srinivasan as the non-executive independent director of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Paytm Money. Srinivasan brings extensive experience in finance and banking, having held key positions at AMFI, IDBI Bank, and Lakshmi Vilas Bank.

Fintech firm One97 Communications, owner of the Paytm brand, has appointed Narasinganallore Venkatesh Srinivasan as the non-executive independent director of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Paytm Money.
Srinivasan, who previously chaired the Reserve Bank of India's Technical Advisory Committee for FIMMDA and was a management committee member at FEDAI, brings a wealth of experience to this role.

Srinivasan has decades of experience in finance, risk management, capital markets, and banking strategy. His past roles include CEO of the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and senior positions at IDBI Bank and Lakshmi Vilas Bank.
