Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha inaugurated the new academic block of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) and the Tuima Tuisa Teacher's Residence in Kumaritila on Saturday. This initiative marks a significant step in efforts to strengthen the state's educational infrastructure.

In a social media post, Saha emphasized the government's focus on enhancing infrastructure to effectively implement the revamped state education policy. He highlighted Tripura's leadership in bolstering grassroots-level infrastructure while also upgrading teacher training and teaching methods. The event, attended by key educational figures, including the Director of Secondary and Elementary Education N C Sharma, IAS officer Raval Hemandra Kumar, and the President of the Tripura Board of Secondary Education Dhananjay Gon Chowdhury, showcased the collaborative effort toward educational reform.
