In a heartwarming display of camaraderie and faith, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwari traveled from Delhi to Mumbai to visit actor Pankaj Tripathi for Ganpati Darshan. Known for his roles in films like 'Stree 2', Tripathi welcomed Tiwari and his entourage warmly on Thursday.

The evening was dedicated to the traditional Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, with Tripathi and his family presenting their elaborate Ganpati pandal. Tiwari partook in the prayers and sought blessings from Lord Ganesha.

Speaking to ANI, Tiwari shared his joy, stating, 'Today is a very auspicious occasion. Ganpati Bappa has graced Pankaj Ji's home, and it's a moment of great happiness. From a common village lad like myself, it's incredible to see what you can achieve with Ganpati's blessings. We both come from similar backgrounds. Pankaj Bhai invited me, and I came to seek blessings. I pray that Ganpati Bappa's blessings continue for him, his family, and the entire nation.' Tripathi shared insights into the festivities, saying, 'For the past seven days, we have been serving Bappa with devotion. We ordered 300 leaf plates, which are now all gone. We host a grand feast daily and conduct the traditional Dholak Jhaal aarti in the evening. Manoj Ji's presence here from Delhi signifies his respect and affection.'

Tiwari highlighted the personal effort involved, stating, 'When someone invites you with genuine warmth, the distance becomes insignificant. Even if it were farther, I would have made the journey. I am set to travel to Dubai tomorrow, but since Pankaj Ji invited me, I altered my plans. His invitation itself is an honor.' Ganesh Chaturthi, which started on September 6, is a ten-day festival celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country and internationally.

Devotees bring Ganesh idols into their homes, perform rituals, and visit vibrant pandals, culminating in Anantha Chaturdashi, which marks the end of the festivities.
