Filmmaker Reema Kagti's upcoming work, 'Superboys of Malegaon,' is set for a screening at the 68th BFI London Film Festival. The film, inspired by true events in the small town of Malegaon, Maharashtra, will be featured under the festival's 'Create' segment, running from October 9 to 20.

According to a press release, 'Superboys of Malegaon' will be shown at the renowned Vue West End on October 10 and at the historic Curzon Soho cinema on October 12. The film is an Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby production, penned by Varun Grover, and stars Adarsh Gourav, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Shashank Arora in lead roles.

The movie will make its world premiere at the 49th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on September 13. Described as a poignant yet uplifting exploration of filmmaking and friendship, 'Superboys of Malegaon' tells the story of Nasir Shaikh, an amateur filmmaker from Malegaon, and his passion-driven quest to create a film with his friends for the town.
