Lynch, who had been celebrating his acquittal on fraud charges, was among six people confirmed dead. One person remains missing following Monday's tragedy.

The Bayesian, a British-flagged yacht, sank during a storm, believed to have been hit by a waterspout. Civil protection officials and investigators are probing the incident.
