An on-duty revenue department official in Madhya Pradesh's Rajgarh district narrowly avoided harm when a tractor-trolley, allegedly driven by an illegal sand transporter, hit his vehicle, according to the police on Saturday.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Police have registered a case against three individuals: Bhagwan Singh Pal, Pawan Bhilala, and Neeraj Bhilala. They are accused of attempting to murder, attacking a public servant on duty, and other charges, as confirmed by Limochohan police station in-charge Anil Rahoria.

The complainant, Naib Tehsildar Suresh Singh, reported that Pal had previously threatened him on August 8 over a mobile call, vowing to crush him under a tractor for seizing illegally mined sand. The tractor-trolley has since been seized, and police are searching for the accused.

Singh has submitted a detailed report about the incident to Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sarangpur.
