Union Minister Dreams of Poverty-Free Villages as Key Development Programs Launched

During a gathering at the 66th General Council meeting of the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Union Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reiterated his goal of poverty-free villages driven by strategic developmental initiatives.
The Minister launched an online Gram Rozgar Sevak course and announced two MoUs signed with JNU and IIPA for PhD programs.
Highlighting key projects like the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, the Aajeevika scheme, and village infrastructure, Chouhan stressed the need for comprehensive development and women's empowerment to boost the rural economy.
