Four individuals were injured in a head-on collision involving a BMW and a Hyundai Creta in central Delhi, police reported on Saturday.

The crash occurred around 1.27 am on Friday near Simon Bolivar Marg in Chanakyapuri. Local police arrived at the scene promptly after receiving the accident report.

The Hyundai driver, Ankit (21), along with its owner, Chand Kubba (31), were traveling from Dhaula Kuan to Karol Bagh. The BMW occupants, Vaasu Garg (18) and Ram Naresh (58), sustained minor injuries and both cars' occupants were swiftly taken to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for treatment and subsequently discharged. A crime team inspected the site and recorded victims' statements. A case has been filed under sections 281 and 125 A of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita based on Ankit's statement.
