American rapper Ice Spice recently shared her experience of attending the Super Bowl with her friend and singer Taylor Swift, as reported by People. Speaking on 'The Tonight Show', she admitted to being utterly confused about the game from the start. Spice and Swift attended the event in February, and Spice humorously noted she had no clue about what was happening on the field.

'I was incredibly confused. I'm still confused,' she told host Jimmy Fallon. When Fallon asked if she knew anything about football, Spice responded, 'You know, that day I had a sense of knowing. But it just went away.' She added that she largely waited for Swift's reactions to understand when to cheer.

Ice Spice also opened up about her bond with Swift, highlighting how Swift's insights into the music industry have been invaluable. Swift reciprocated the admiration, commending Ice Spice's interest in the business aspects of their field. She praised the rapper for wanting to be fully involved in her career, not just as a musician but as a strategist and businesswoman.

Swift explained, 'I love when I meet a new artist who takes a keen interest in not just the music, but the music industry and how it works. I've seen how our industry tries to convince artists that they're better off just being creative and making music and letting the labels and the management do the rest.' She added that Ice Spice's desire to understand the inner workings of the industry shows she wants to be the driver of her own career.

Ice Spice's debut album, Y2K, is now available to stream, according to People.
