Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin extended warm greetings to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on North Korea's founding anniversary, state media KCNA reported on Monday.
In his message, President Putin emphasized the potential strengthening of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and North Korea through joint efforts, according to KCNA.
