The Delhi Directorate of Education has initiated a campaign to enhance cyber crime awareness among students. Both government and private schools have been tasked with using banners and posters for this educational purpose.
The directive, issued through a circular on Friday, highlights the partnership with the Delhi police, which has prepared brochures covering crucial cybersafety issues. These materials focus on topics such as cyberfraud, cyberbullying, online pornography, and other digital threats.
In addition to visual aids, schools are required to organize sessions with local police and cybersecurity experts. These events are designed to equip students with the knowledge to recognize cyber threats, safeguard personal information, and report cyberbullying incidents effectively.
