Interarch's Strategic Expansion: Doubling Revenue by 2028
Interarch Building Products aims to double its turnover to Rs 2,500 crore by 2028. Recently listed, the company plans to enhance capacity in its existing plants and establish new facilities in Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. The strategy includes deploying IPO funds for upgrades and expansions.

Interarch Building Products, a prominent player in the pre-engineered building sector, is set to double its turnover, targeting Rs 2,500 crore by 2028. Managing Director Arvind Nanda detailed the ambitious growth plan following the company's recent listing and a turnover of Rs 1,293 crore in FY24.
With Rs 600 crore raised through an initial public offering, Interarch plans to invest in capital expenditures, system upgrades, and overall corporate needs. This also includes boosting capacity within its current three plants, alongside plans for additional facilities.
Expansion efforts include a fourth plant in Andhra Pradesh and a planned fifth plant in Gujarat, following the acquisition of 51,926 sq mt of land. The company aims to strengthen its national presence while catering to the rising demand for quality pre-engineered buildings.
