Hyundai Motor India: Sales Slump by 10% in September
Hyundai Motor India reported a 10 per cent decline in total sales for September, selling 64,201 units. Domestic sales dropped by 6 per cent, while exports fell by 25 per cent. Despite the decrease, SUVs now account for 70 per cent of the company's sales, with new models introduced for the festive season.

Hyundai Motor India reported a sharp 10 per cent year-over-year decline in total sales for September, selling just 64,201 units compared to 71,641 units the previous year.
The company saw a significant 6 per cent decrease in domestic vehicle dispatches, dropping to 51,101 units from 54,241 units in the same month last year.
Additionally, exports plummeted by 25 per cent to 13,100 units, down from 17,400 units a year earlier. COO Tarun Garg noted that SUVs now comprise 70 per cent of Hyundai's overall sales. With the festive season on the horizon, the automaker has rolled out new models and variants to meet customer demand.
