On August 19, 2024, the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF), in collaboration with Chocolate Tree Cake Shop, hosted a heartwarming charity event at Balgram SOS Children's Village in Pune, India. The initiative aimed to support underprivileged children by providing essential supplies and engaging them in interactive games and knowledge-sharing activities.

The event was meticulously organized by Sanjog Vishwas Barge, with the assistance of 12 dedicated volunteers, including Abhishek Kishor Jadhav, Komal Anil Matte, and Rehan Shaikh. Commencing at 1 PM, the volunteers spent five enriching hours with the children, distributing a variety of essential items such as basketball equipment, cooking supplies, snacks, cooking oil, flour, badminton sets, cleaning materials, milk, and footballs. These contributions were designed to meet the children's daily needs and offer new opportunities for sports and learning.

Beyond material donations, the volunteers provided emotional support through storytelling, book giveaways, and games. These activities kindled the children's curiosity and strengthened bonds between them and the volunteers. The event organizer, Sanjog Vishwas Barge, stated, "It's an honor to help so many underprivileged children. Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter is incredibly rewarding." The caregivers at the children's village expressed profound appreciation for the volunteers' efforts.

Highlighting the collaborative spirit, the event showcased society's commitment to supporting and shaping the future of underprivileged children. Volunteers left with a renewed sense of purpose, eager to continue their charitable endeavors to bring warmth and care to those in need. IYDF remains steadfast in its mission to partner with diverse societal sectors to uplift and inspire disadvantaged children.
