IYDF and Rohan Computer & Laptop Services Transform Lives of 50 Underprivileged Children

On September 1, 2024, the International Youth Development Foundation and Rohan Computer & Laptop Services hosted a charity event in Solapur, Maharashtra, providing educational supplies and boosting confidence in 50 underprivileged children. The event included interactive activities, personal engagement, and a focus on promoting learning and physical activity.

On September 1, 2024, the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) partnered with Rohan Computer & Laptop Services to host a transformative charity event at the Zilla Parishad Primary School in Wangarwadi, Solapur, Maharashtra. The event aimed to support 50 underprivileged children by providing educational and daily supplies, while also enhancing their confidence and motivation through interactive activities.

Rohan Babasaheb Tupe, a local partner of IYDF, and a dedicated team of volunteers, including Swati Pramod Gholap, Pramod Ramesh Gholap, Babasaheb Laxman Tupe, Prathamesh Ankush Samindar, Ganesh Ramesh Gholap, and 13 others, played a crucial role in making the event successful. They ensured each child received the necessary materials to support their growth, including school bags, shoes, early learning books, pencil cases, and stationery. Additionally, sports equipment was provided to encourage physical activity and teamwork.

The event was more than just distributing supplies. Volunteers engaged the children in speech competitions, group sports, and other activities, offering encouragement and motivation. Principal Dhananjay Kumbhar expressed gratitude for the generosity shown, emphasizing the lasting impact on the children. Post-event, Rohan Babasaheb Tupe highlighted the importance of meticulous planning and teamwork in making the event a success.
