PURE EV, a leading name in the electric two-wheeler sector, is set to launch a major Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2025. This move follows a substantial growth trajectory for the company, which boasts noteworthy investor backing from entities such as NATCO Pharma Family Office, Laurus Labs Family Office, HT Ventures, BCCL, UEPL, and i-TIC IIT Hyderabad.

PURE EV has consistently demonstrated strong financial fundamentals, recording operating profits over the past three years without relying on FAME subsidies. The company's promoters, holding an 85 per cent share, have ensured sustained profitability. Key strengths include in-house battery manufacturing, backward integration of powertrain and software, and a portfolio of 120 intellectual properties. Recent strategic moves include the launch of two electric motorcycles, securing a notable market position and gearing up for 20X turnover growth over the next four years.

CEO Rohit Vadera emphasized the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability. "Our journey towards a significant IPO in 2025 is driven by our focus on performance and efficiency. With robust investor support, we aim to inspire a movement towards sustainable living," he said. PURE EV is aggressively expanding its dealer network to enhance market reach, with a target turnover of Rs 2000 crore within four years, capitalizing on declining battery prices and technological advancements globally.
