Euler Motors, a commercial electric vehicle manufacturer, announced its foray into the small commercial vehicle (SCV) segment on Tuesday. The company plans to unveil its first four-wheeler, which boasts a payload capacity of over 1,000 kg, during the upcoming festive season.

Designed to address the growing need for cost-effective and high-performance inter- and intra-city transport solutions, the new SCV aims to capitalize on Euler Motors' existing expertise in the electric three-wheeler market. The vehicle will offer a long driving range and advanced real-time fleet management capabilities.

Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors, emphasized the potential of electric vehicles, highlighting that the SCV market, valued at Rs 34,900 crore by FY27, remains dominated by internal combustion engines. However, with significant cost savings and operational efficiencies, electric vehicles are positioned for rapid growth. Euler Motors is committed to developing versatile vehicles suitable for various industry verticals.
